i have had bad experiences with 'black-owned' businesses but many more good experiences...i have had bad experiences with all races-owned businesses and good ones as well;
i think blacks in business should be encouraged &amp; where suggestions can be given they should accept it &amp; try to improve customer service...
it's weird that the person singles out a jamaican restaurant for their expose on 'black-owned' businesses...
they probably don't realize that back in j-a there are a thousand 'black-owned' restaurants and an unprofessional business-operator is just that...not so much about race
