Morning Apple an britisha....

I haven't slept since I woke up at 5:30am Friday mawning and the energy still flowing a guess is the adenaline still pumping

So this friend that I went to University with in Vancouver going back to Trinidad for good her Dad had a stroke and she is an only child, Mom died when she was 11 and as her parents had her when they were older her dDad up there in years.

Anyway I went down go spend some time with her earlier in the year, so she came here for a week, she said stormmey I doan know how yu live in di miggle a di foress iiena a no foresss is juss that trees all around the propatty. So!! I had a party for her lass night me juss run out the lass sumaddy outta me house 1/2 hour ago and she a get some shet yeye fore mi jrive har to airpawt lawd a gwine miss har, a mean Vancouver is much closer than Trinidad.

So, afta me drive har to the airpawt in bout 4 hours time, I coming back to sleep for lilly bit, go hairdressa, and come back come do likkle house ting then hit the sheets for nedda pawty tinite

mi schedule is wide opin tideh. long run (10 mile) tomorrow.

tideh mi may fine tune a hat pattern weh mi a work pon and do house work.

anything else a bonus. it dawk and wet in seattle so all mi waan do a tan a mi yawd.

Applez sunny and warming-up day in Washington DC after frost this morning. Just came back from 2-hour walk with DC friend and my dog . Gwine go tek a nap then rake leaves. We have one deggeh deggeh tree on our likkle likkle land but neighbors' trees love wi back yard Later going to market fi provisions including red wine
