It specificallys tate that the course of appeal is the minister. So how will the court have jurisdiction over a law that the law does not give them ??

In theory you might be correct.The reality is that the court system take a inordinate amount of time to process any form of litigation ,<span style="font-weight: bold">by time dem finish gunman kill yu a ready.</span>

2) The average Jamaican DO NOT have the financial recourses to take a case all the way through the justice system in Jamaica.
ANOTHER STRIKE AGAINST THE AVERAGE JAMAICAN, THE ELITES ALWAYS WIN.

as far as i know the court has jurisdiction over all law....any law or ruling can be challenged in court.

That is not true. the court have jurisdiction over only the laws that give the court jurisdiction over it. That is why courts throw out cases that they have no jurisdiction to. I disagree.

Been thinking...an think yeah - think this gun restriction business is outdated.

Been seeing these crimes of people using machete to chop up another - <span style="font-size: 11pt"><span style="font-weight: bold">TOTALLY BARBARIC</span></span>!!

High levels of legal gun warship usually lead to more courteous neighbors. No loud noise no bullying and anybody that can't behave when the have a few, usually get wiped out in the first few years.

and the ensuing years is mostly respectable and and respectful neighbors.
Everybody has equal respect for each other.
Since they are equally able to defend themselves if necessaRY.

I love living in a neighborhood where the neighbors are armed. It is much more peaceful. We leave vehicles unlocked.

delivery men leave packages on the porch and you pick it up when you get home. No name calling and antagonizing by neighbors.

That Si how it is where I live now. and when I was in Jamaican we had no problem in our neighborhood, because the majority of neighbors had legal firearms.
