Where you ever heard of a black person mentally ill in this country?? That will never be mentioned.
It is all about the stereotype.
If he was white now, he would have been speculation that he was mental,even before they know the real history.
But a black person?? No!!Never!!
He is just plain BLACK and black is really bad.

that's not what i get from this...
it's just obvious that the man was mentally ill & that is what he was making a sarcastic comment about IMO;
what this guy did was absolutely horrendous...
