Rex is good at dance, the arts and nothing else. He and other so-called Jamaican intellectuals have been the number one reason why we have not moved beyond what we are now. Now matter what Administration comes into power these guys and gyals have a seat oat the table. It is their advice that Jamaicans have to live under, especially since the 70s.

Where was this guy on corruption?
Where was he on good governance?
Where was this guy when Jamaicans were put out of their own country?
Where was this [censored] on gay rights?
Where was he an human rights?

We ask for too little and accept even less from these so-called great folks, yet they are like salt the essential ingredient in every Jamaican dish.

Tuff - Is the expecation of yours that Rex (and others mentioned) should have solved these problems for JA? The leaders of the nation collectively could not and you expected him to make things right in the matters you presented? Is that what you are saying?

Everyone has their calling Tuff .. He excelled in his calling. You can't expect one person to be the &quot;cure all&quot; for the nation's problems.

Wendy this man/ooman got paid to advice Governments. He said he was one of Mr. Menlie chief advisors. He has sat on kinds if boards, even now he is on the Diaspora Board.

He has never failed to dip his mouth in certain issues but most strikingly he has kept away from the ones I noted above, except for his almost lap dog worship of the Comrade PNP Leadership even while scorning the unwashed members of the same Party who moved up.

Remember his Butto in Benz comment....Turned out he was the chief Butto.

There is a lot of blood on the hands of folks like Rex for giving material support to corrupt, inept Governance, turning a blind eye to suffering and human wrongs in Jamaica while living off the fat of the land and carefully burnishing their images.

Yes and one time I did take Dance Lessons <span style="font-style: italic">(STATHS Dance Group did)</span> from him so I know personally that he is a fake. He is very good at Dance and the Arts, but very little else that he get props for.
