And no we had no obligation to report discrimination because there was none &quot;legally&quot;. She (muslim girl) was technically an employee of my company, so if there was to be a complaint filed by her it would have been against us not the O&amp;G co.

first of all, my qualm is 2 issues with the face covering:

do you think for one second if you went to some parts of the arab world that you could get away with wearing some of the clothes you wear in this society?
you would be flogged or stoned.

secondly, how can one drive safely with with two little slits for sight.
and third, identification purposes on your licence photo card.
but countries whom have banned the burqa like france, our violating there human rights

you remember the Sikh guy who got a ticket for not wearing a motorcyle helmet.
The Highway Traffic Act doesnt state that due to religious beliefs one is exempt from wearing a helmet.
the law of the land governs EVERYONE.
so if there is an exemption to the law based on religious headgear, then the systym is descriminating against those who must wear a helmet because they dont categorize into the religious belief.
