Should there be an e-mail?

Should each person be told individually?

When I came back from a vacation wan time dis PM wey mi use to work wid get fyad an mi sen im email nat knowing im gaan an all the Tech Support people dem do is set up im email fi goh directly to im Manager. Den di Manager would sen email sey di person nat dere anymore - can I help you?
