well the adoptive mother live pan one helluvah compound down there, acres upon acres. according to the news the boy was not registered at school neither was he registere for home school. if that is not a red flag i dont know what is.

the lunch lady at my daughter's school told her during lunch that "your mom has to go to the office to give a note because you were absent for 3 days" and this is fi a pickney/parent dem know

mi nuh know why the likkel boy wasnt at school but the modda mussie have couple screws loose

There is obviously more to the case though because this woman needed to have resources to let the child adjust and from what we are reading in the media-- did not reach out. Home school I dont think was the best option for a child who was accustomed to spending lots of time with other children. Usually it takes about a full year

but di pickney nevah even did a get any kinda education it seem which to me is also abuse, the adoptive madda is a nurse

some of these parents need counselling before dem guh pick up demsel bout dem adopting.

Children over the age of 5 can travel alone domestically and internationally. There are special rules

eg american airlines

and United's policy on unaccompanied minor traveling alone

The mother accompanied the child to Washington DC and then sent him alone on a direct flight from DC to Moscow where he was met by someone she found over the internet

Then the adoption agency is at fault for that. Russia in particular is very strict with its adoption policies. There are specific requirements that are done especially for Russia durng the home study phase. There are specific follow ups required (eg the child must be registed at the Consulate within 3 weeks of arriving in their new home)/ home study follow ups required.

The adoption agency is responsible for seeing that the adoptive parent completes so I think this agency is definitely going to lose its accreditation for Russian adoptions and possibly other countries as this case has been so widely publicized

it noh tek much fi a madda crack when it come to a child.....I know a very loving woman who took in a &quot;foster child&quot; (not really foster but family member pickney a yaad) the child was a toddler and kept &quot;playing with her privates in public&quot;

there was nothing she &quot;foster mom&quot; could do to mek di pickney stop. till shi end up a beat har till shi bruise up.

turns out the toddler had Gonorrhea from before shi reach the foster home and her privates was itching. it took two months before them discover that.

den she neva ask the child why she playing with her parts so.. I hope that was a long time ago tanya cause today that is one of the first signs of sexual abuse

Kia the child was a toddler, barely potty trained mussie 2 or 3 years old and mostly non-verbal. This was in the early 80's and back then NO ONE would have ever thought some one could have had sex wid such a young pickney

they thought she was retarded because she didn't speak.....but the truth came out.
