The hubby (with family standing behind him, and holding their baby girl), was asked to make "the" statement. You know the one....if Tiffany is out there listening statement....the one where he is supposed to look straight into the camera, tell her how much she is loved and missed ( with just the right amount of tears )and that if someone is holding her, let her go....he sounded like a robot talking and could barely getit the "we love you out",,, yeah I think she ran away with dude. The husband reminded me of Barney Fife from the Andy Griffith show

actually they might could, maybe some kind of 'fraud' charge? or at least they could make her PAY for it - u know like how some states (although I know not which ones) now have laws on the books regarding chargin ppl who knowingly & premeditately waste municipal resources on fraudulent issues.... like hikers who disregard weather danger warnings, then have to be 'rescued', etc. Some places now backcharging them for police/rescue/ambulance time and costs. wondering if a similar principle would apply here.
