thank God i have not been in any situation i could not manage..i have met other subs who have been physically harmed...one lost part of a finger because of a savage...i refuse to sub at some schools because the kids (mostly minorities) are notorious for disruptive behavior and violence.

i can imagine that teacher had enough of that kid and decided to end it once and for all...<span style="font-weight: bold">if i were in her shoes i would probably end up walking out of the class and quitting...</span>

omg, this is tuff, because as Skells is saying some of these kids are downright mischievious and out of order, dem know the teachers not suppose to lick dem, so dem prevoke dem and carry on,

And what is sad about this situation is that the administration has done nothing to protect the teachers from that boy since there are numerous complaints against him for hitting them and cursing at them...

as mi seh...it sad all the way around...

and the inaction by the teachers who witnessed the attack is very telling
