IMO- At this time in human development, racism is still very much a fact of human existence.
I think it is insensitive and touches raw nerves when black consciousness leaders mary whites.

True it does show that that black leader is showing a lack of racism by marrying a white but marrying a black does not give people the opportunity to say that that leader, while preaching black consciousness, prefers a white mate.

I am totally for intermarriage for everyone else although I would not like to see the future when all of humankind looks the same and we lose the varied cultures when all cultures merge as they will.

At any rate, the problem now is racism and we, as a race (humankind), have to get it behind us.

Why would you assert a negative???
Why would you focus on a lie???
No...we attack the pillars of persecution that racism has erected - disenfranchisement, poor schools, ghettoorization, employment discrimination, social immobility and criminalization and unjust imprisonment.
Once institutional racism is laid low, the lie that is inferiority will hold no value or assumed power.

If that was true then Clarence would not have married white, neither would Afrikans participate in the slave trade, or Hutus try to commit genocide against the Tutsis.

The Interaction between blacks is based on individual personality and cultural upbringing, same as with whites and between blacks and whites. As such moral or ethical behavior is not found in skin color but in cultural mores or the environment that one is grown.
