Yes, wan fren ah mine found dat our first hand coming back from JA. Him took ova $10G fi duh business inna JA. Well di deal fell through soh him ah bring ie back an got searched ah USA airport. Had wan hell of ah time getting di money back, caa him neva did declare him money belt full ah dough.

That is what I reffered to about the law That allow the police to

confiscate cash without any charge being made against the victim.

They can then add it to their budget.


All the Have to do is to believe That you got it illegally.

Only the police can Do it.

There is no minimums for these police seizure.

There us a difference with Which agency seize the Funds.

With customs There us a longtime law That restricts the amount at $10,000.

your friend is lucky. the money is usually not returned, the person is usually detained and/or sent to detention. if them live a ja them can get dem visa cancel and refused entry for the next 5-10 years, and a whole bag of issues.
