But when you live a Yaad with windows &amp; doors open all day long, you're bound to have some undesireables cum een.....like lizaard, roach, fly, spider, etc, etc....mi cyan close up evryting wid noh air ah cum een, soh haffe deal wid dem......mi nevah seh ants becau dem dun now. Dey were terrible this year, but then just dissappear same like dem cum een.....maybe I can plant seeds now &amp; no ants will eat dem!

My 2 cats, G0-G0 &amp; Gato Negro will both go after the lizards, mice &amp; roaches (big ones), also rat bat, if they see dem &amp; small bird, aldoah mi hate fi see dat. By the way, contrary to most Yardies view of cats, dem nevah teif nutten &amp; nevah goup pon de counter, cause they are well fed &amp; have been trained not to do that &amp; also don't cum een the bedroom. </div></div>

screens sell a jamaica too and we have dem in use in st best

I totally understand about the flying thing. For all the crawling they able to do even upside down, they have the gall to try spread wings too. That's a problem.

I cannot even laugh about the roach crawling across your face because that is how my whole phobia with them began.

The basics of the story is that there is an empty lot next door to my parents house and the city came to clean it off and cut down a rotten tree. The fact that there was what must have been the motherload nest of roaches in the tree was already enough to have done me in. But afterward, I opened the top cabinet door to get a glass and one flew in my face. I think I might have snatched out some hair in that incident. I've been done since. Till this day, I still stand on the backside of cabinet doors when opening.

Hey JamBrit....you don't HAVE TO keep them open, I just choose to do that because I like the breeze to come in &amp; the &quot;open&quot; feeling.....can't take &quot;no air movement&quot;....if you want to burn AC &amp; keep everything closed up &amp; give JLP a big gift at the end of the month, is your choice....ah nah mi dat!!

Yeah man, mi know dat still....my cousin used to run the AC in her apartment more time and not open up all the doors and windows...other family members in JA prefer the &quot;open&quot; feeling too...which is fine when there is a breeze blowing...
