The limelight wouldn't be solely on her if the Obamas went...dem would probly be more interested in what the First Lady wear more dan de girl weddin frack...

the obama's are not going - it would be a security nightmare and take away from chelsea's day (according to Gibbs)

i bet oprah and speilberg won't be there either - the guest list was not published - it's all rumor and speculation

Calm down.. they were on the list and asked the Clintons to re-consider because they didn't want to cause a fiasco for her wedding day.

I see where they are coming from.. the one bag a presidential detail which is aa must for the president and di media an di likes a focus on what Michelle a wear an it suppose to be Chelseas day. The obamas have a point

No slap in no face..the Clintons and the Obamas are closer than you think.

Real history was made because our current president admitted in front of millions that he was dissed by a former president and his own Secretary of State.

How humiliating was it for Obama when asked on The View if he was going to The Royal Chelsea Wedding — and to have to admit that he was NOT INVITED?

but as others stated he could have asked not to be invited. Look at the security detail for the former prez & the current sec of state.. can you imagine if the Obamas went?

Yes them need to not go; send one congratulations gift and save us the taxpayers some money on the security detail

I watched the clips of View apprearance and he was laughing when he was asked that question.. no he didn’t go into the details as to why but there are sources out there were he expressed he would rather not be there for the reasons stated in a lot of the post in this thread
