You don't snap and aquire weapons, ammunition, and hide them in a way that although he was closely guarded by security, still able to retrieve the weapons And kill so many people.
He planned it.

he decided to exicute as many people as he could.

His experience with racism irrespective of how bad foes nit justify murdering these people.

He should have seek counseling.

He could have sued the company.

But to murder these people is not justified.

Racist people are simply misguided people.

They have been misguided for centuries .

There have been no effort to undo these erroneous teachings.

You simply can't justify blaming them.

Racism? Of course. But this incident may be bigger than racism This man suffered from workplace bullying. There are many workers who do not feel safe in their places of work as a result of bullying. Did he act deliberately? Maybe so. But he certainly felt unsafe and he was disrespected at his workplace.

I wonder about his union This is a plant in Connecticut. It was his co-workers. That means everyone on his level would be in the union. He didn't even feel safe among his fellow union members?? Oh boy

I say 'usually' it is the union members That victimized the person.

You must remember That unions were at the helm of the exclusion of minority in the work place.

They were influrntial in prevrenting minority and women in the workplace.

was it ok for all dese ppl to murder his internal being?
He complained to the shop steward and personnel and they all did nothing. Nooses in the locker room or wash room.
I for one know how this man felt and felt like blowing up the place because they deserved it. They had no right to make me/he feel the way he did. I/he did nothing to anyone of them to make them gwaan de way dem gwaan wid mi/him.

Now I'm not the kind of person to go around offing ppl, but if smaddy came in oneday and blew up the place wid de wool a dem in it I wouldn't feel one pc a regret fi one a dem. I have worked wid some a de most evil ppl from management to shop floor to union ppl, many haters of me just because...it's me/him/he/she.

For one the mans guns were legal anyways.
If those peeps who heard his grievance did supm about it. The man would a feel better and not feel so left out an alone. Now you have de company along wid de media making up a bunch bullsh!t dat dis man neva complain an was a teef. A li company like dat naah axh no one blk smaddy fi resign dem get fiyad quick a clock. And it sound like he was hourly, so being hourly what does he resign from? Hourly ppl cannot resign.

A good de man should light up de whole bumfiquaat place wid de whool a dem inna de place, is a pity it neh come dung suh. Now dere is 8 lees ppl pan de earth tuh badda any a wi. Dis was how dem did love duh just-us pan we.

sure hope that from this the relevant personnel and workplace authorities will take it more seriously when a black man shares his challenges in the workplace.

I am sure he suffered from racism This company seems racist. They have over 120 employees and only 2 blacks. I guess they hired the two token blacks so that people would think that they were an equal opportunity employer.

That's it...when one files a complaint with the government about racism, one of the first thing they demand to see is a breakdown of the race[s] of people hired by the company, and in proportion to the total. Clearly, only 2 token blacks out of the hundred and 'odd&quot; is a telling response that they could have dealt in &quot;selective hiring' not in favour to blacks....that smells of something..

I agree, it didn't have to end like this...it is sad.

Derek mi cyan speak for where you are. mi can only say that in the US being &quot;fired&quot; is now a legal process that employers no longer want to deal with, so to circumvent the legalese they tell the employee to resign. i know of a teacher that refused to resign and it took the school 2 years (that isnt an exaggeration either) to finally fire her.

What is funny is that when they finally had all that they needed, she resigned.
