I'm calling BS on this. If he was that offended by the roommate activities he could have requested another roommate. I have been in college situations with roommates that don't share my values - I put a move request in and within days the move was done. Secondly - obviously he was not that offended or outraged because he took the time to not just peep the roommate out but to video the roommate's activities, stream it online and then invite other people to watch. And he did not stop there he went back for seconds and video tape him again. So it was less about outrage or being offended and more about him wanting to show his pals what a freak his roommate was. I can hear him laughing his asss off as he was filming it and streaming it online - 'look at the freaks and I caught it on camera for the world to see.' In other words he was being a prick and an assshole. He probably would have filmed his straight roommate too if the roommate was doing something kinky with his girlfriend. And now he is going to get his and rightly so.
