Nat accustomed to time haff, mi noh know wha fi duh wid miself, so between the www and the tele mi get miself innah chubble.

si di JackLalane infomercial bout di <span style="font-weight: bold">Power Juicer</span> and aldoa mi gats at least wan, mi decide fi order one fram dem...

Could I get off the phone? Mi seh, di ppl dem [automated system] staawt to pile hup wan whole heap a sinting pan tap of di original haawdh...name it an claim it, an aldoa mi seh &quot;NO&quot; an cuss two raaws, a di more di sinting a gwaan..

Mek a long story shaawt...mi finally hen up pan wan cruise tuh di Bahamas...whey dem gwine set hup fi mi...aldoa mi nevah seh &quot;yes&quot;...dis is fram hardaring wan power juicer.

Not tuh bi long winded, mi realise seh is a SCAM...an cut haff di call..

When mi went on line, is den mi realise hommmuch Jacklane system scam dem, and sum seh dem cyaan heeven get dem money back...

Soh when mi si di odda comments, fram who seh dem cyan get dem monie back, tuh who seh dem noh gi noh return address pan di packaging hiff yuh waan fi return di sinting, tuh who seh, di sinting faawlty and bruk dung widdin 3 months, and other problems which would indicate <span style="font-weight: bold">deceptive advertising</span> and business practices, mi decided fi cancel di order.


When mi call di numbah all saawt a recordings mi get fram di office noh hopin pan weekends to di time it hopin...at one stage when it tell yuh fi hole aawn, a voice cum aawn an seh &quot;goodbye&quot;...followed by a dial tone...

..by dis time mi already called di bank an tel dem nat tuh put chroo di order on my card, and dem a tel mi seh mi need authorisation fuss fram Jacklalane...mi axs dem seh, hiff mi need di scammer fi authorise di cancellation...well agen, mek a long torie shaawt, dem seh a protocol..

...all diss time Missa Faithfull a sleep an noh know wha a gwaan...

Soh mi call dem when mi tink di haffice hopin, and got pushed back fram 7 to 9 am, and finally spoke to a woman,...hear dis now noh? Wen mi tel har seh mi waan cancel di ordah...shi seh shi can give me a 24 sumting dolllah discount...mi axs har whey paawt a cancellationshi noh hannastan? Remind mi of di resident loser...anniways...

Mi tel har fi cancel di ordah and threaten fi sue har, JackLalane name it an claim it, an when si si mi a get bringle pan har, shi seh 'arigght''...so mi asx har fi di confirmation numbah, and shi gi mi wan....

Latah mi go hout a di bank and si di transaction alreddi posted pan mi account...as pending fi Monday cumming...diss happin yesideh..

Wha really peed mi haff, is mi put di order pan several payments plan, and dem chaawged di whole striking ting innah ONE payment....yuh hear mi?

How deceptive and dishonest is dat?

soh mi call back di bank, dem tel mi [smaddie a speak from Asia whey cyaan speak di langwig] di same ting. I managed to gather.

Mi call back Jack LaLane, and a very nice sounding Indian fellow, [outsourced employee] told mi nat to worry di order is cancelled.

[dere are other ways to get the bank to cancel di transaction btw]

Di point mi mekking is,<span style="font-weight: bold"> NO ORDER NUTT'N FRAM DIRECT JUICER</span>...hanless you ar prepared fi wan headache...fram mi si di big belly ooman, di same ooman innah di Montel Williams juicer commercial, mi shuddah figgah hout seh sumting was up in di scam depaawtment...how shi a front fi two different companies? secondly, how come you need authorization from a company to stop a payment at your bank mi woulda close mi account di sed time di representative open dem mouth to tell me that.

Good questions becozz I could swear I saw di JackLalane juicer at Macy's when I bought a Waring wan bout 4 years ago...and I read it on the www dat it all on Ebay new fi thirty dollahs...ovah a hundred dollas LESS..

Now dat is di kwestian, why mi need authorisation fram di scammers to have the bank cancel the transaction...

Closing di account did crass mi mind but is so many automatic deductions I have monthly, it would be a royal pain, but that is my intention to go there on Monday, Gaad's willing, and learn their protocol on problems like this.

btw, mi did chrettin fi close di account wan time, an di ooman did tel mi seh, it cuddah tek up to a month, because they would honor outstanding checks, di haawse ded an di cow fat..blah blah..

All I know is that Hotels dot com is a rip-off.

Booked a hotel room through them and on day of arrival, the hotel said they had no bookings under my name. I tried calling hotels dot com so many times after that and all I keep getting is either background music <span style="font-style: italic">someone will be with you shortly</span>... then .... <span style="font-style: italic">goodbye</span>..click. Phone hang up.

Oh yes, Sandi. Mi check wid di bank today [on di phone, cuddn't mek it in person] and they said the transaction isn't posted as yet....mebbie the woman did cancel it, but mi still watching dem like a haawk for the next few days/billing cycle.

This is wha mi mean, bring your stories so we can know who to avoid doing business with....saw where some of them have these fabuloso digs on the internet, and when people check into some of these hotels they are flea bags, in the true sense of the word.

The problem is, they want your credit card number first before they will talk &quot;bizniz' and after they collect they go on to the next prey..

... one bizniz got closed down after I complained to the BBB....it was the last straw that broke the camel's back.

Checked my account and saw where all transactions for that day, the legit ones, were posted and this fraudulent one wasn't listed...soh di ooman really cancelled it....dem know wha good fi dem..

yu waan hear bout scam? Mi 94 yo grandfather is widowed and have dis crackhead gyal a live wid him..she clean an cook fi him bu di gyal a nyam him out...mi hear she teef him pension check an SS check an couple a him bank check...draw 20 20 dalla here n dere..

now dis beeyach get her hands on some checks that mi grandfather had dat linked to a joint acct dat me have access to...gyal tek out a good sum of money from deh..mi jus notice it last nite and call mi uncle and it trace right back to her...before mi go stick mi foot up her arse weh mi fi do? cah mi feel like me'd a go a jail...
