Can you talk grandpa into restructuring his finances so a family member can oversee his affairs? If this woman wants to stay and look after grandpa then she can be paid an agreed upon monthly sum but she cannot have free reign over his money.

Skells is your grandfather here in the US?

Start by contacting his countys office on elder affairs (usually every county has one)
Explain what you think is happening and they can direct you on what you can do to protect him (since he is attached to her) and also the police dept if you would like an investigation

Yu si J kid, di female relatives wont look at it de way you an I wud. I agree with your take on the situation.. He knows dat at his age, it's difficult to find a young girl to stay wid him an offa whateva little pleasures he may desire an so im ovalook har tendency to help herself.. Who knows what she is dishing up that makes him happy? maybe is just frequent backrubs!!; so be careful ow unnu come down on har an drive har away... He may not like it an sign ova everyting to har to spite unnu...

There are honest ppl out there looking for work...have her removed from his care whicheva what way, an replace har with someone better.

btw, at 94 your granddad should not be making certain decisions by himself.

I spoke with a friend of mine down at the precinct today and he said that as long as my grandfather covers for her they really can't do anything...the key will be to take him to court to have a conservator appointed that will be able to make decisions on his behalf...none of my uncles nor my father are either capable or want to be bothered with doing this...won't go into that bit...

don't know what to do....

when we confronted him about the gyal and her dipping into this acct he claimed that it was not him and he did not know anything about it...

today i called him and told him that if the money is not replaced i am going to call the cops on the gyal....

he called back hours later and said it was him who withdrew the money because he was confused about which acct and he did not realize ...he has another acct with the bank...he has <span style="font-weight: bold">NEVER </span> once been confused in the <span style="font-style: italic">20 odd years</span> that account has been open

regarding his pension and SS checks...he called up SSA and they claim they will be conducting an investigation as to why he did not receive his check....if he really does not know why his head is really too far up his you know what to see the plain old truth before his eyes... ah mean...him bank cawl him an tell him seh di fraud unit detected that signatures on his checks did not match...him lie to dem and seh him cudden hole di pen so him beg him caregiver sign di checks for him

for <span style="font-style: italic">real</span>. faithfull lemme tell you something bout these scammers.... i got messed up with one a them one time a few years back, after about 5 months i finally managed to get the thing cleared off my card..... and fully <span style="font-style: italic"><span style="font-weight: bold">A YEAR LATER</span></span> u wanna see howmucha charges showed up on the card <span style="font-style: italic"><span style="font-weight: bold">AGAIN</span></span> - out the clear blue sky.... after zero contact with the scamming company for that whole year. so at that time i did finally cancel the whole card.

So you might want to consider it, seriously - the credit card company should be able to cancel that account and issue you a brand new card ASAP, so it's only a little bit of a PITA while you wait for the new card to arrive in the mail..

meeda slowly start bleed $$ outa di joint acct and puttie somewhere else ( letting tha fam know). As far as cracky go, maybe oonu can start introduce smaddy else into the pic- like a real visiting nurse/lpn who will eventually take over the job fulltime.

Thanks Sistacaf, for once they have the number they can do whatever they want....it is my bank card that I used not a regular CC...soh I will be going to di bank as soon as time permits..[[all saawts of monthly deductions cum houttah dis account]. for as I stated fi dem protocol where this is concerned, no sit too right wid mi.
