Shi in trouble!

Subsequent tuh di di fall, shi had tuh appear in court on felony charges for theft and receiving stolen property, which stems from using a co-worker's stolen credit card. Shi ago be sentenced in April for the 2009 crime.

The mall fired the security guard. Looks like they did what they needed to do.

She can probably file a civil suit against the guard...that should pocket her a lot of cash.

yeah, after the lawyer got the free press he wanted, and she her 15 mins of American (Snookie) fame...
The mall/security company should turn around and sue them both...
