So Rich, how can a man in a tan suit get you on a plane if you're not a US citizen and you don't have a passport, unless the guy in the suit has something to do with you and is err, important?

So what you're suggesting Rich is that there's a guy arguing with a ticket agent and a COMPLETE STRANGER intervenes.

OK he intervenes and uses his influence (what else) to get the guy on the plane.

The black guy eventually boards the flight and it just turns out that he was planning to blow the plane up?

That's about as believable as the Arab passport found amid the burning rubble of 911.

So if he had a visa why the arguments and why the intervention from the guy in the suit?

I still dont get why the man in the tan suit would need to convince the border guy to allow the guy on the plane,if mr tan suit is so important why didnt he formulate a more sophisticated plan to get the guy on the plane,like providing him with a passport would be a good idea.

I was WITH my brother at Dubai airport last November - although he spent an hour outside making phone calls. I was still WITH him. We were TOGETHER even when he was outside.

If you want to split hairs on the odd word here and there, that's fine.
Why don't you question what those two attorneys had to say on Fox News?
