51 in 35

[Tulip]

Got a speeding ticket this morning. The man in front of me in the truck was doing about 20. Soon as I saw a gap in the left liane, I broke out. Next thing I know the po po come out the bushes and pull me over.

I just don't think it's right to ambush mankind like that. [Tulip's attempted patois] If im did tink him right, why im a hide den? [/Tulip's attempted patois]

In Florida they have law offices that specialize in beating tickets.

I won't even look at the blasted thing yet. It's in the glove compartment. I usually go to court and try to fight it but they have officially won. I'm beat down and tired. Whatever the cost, I'm just going to mail it in.

call H_O to find the perfect words to beat the ticket

my question would be , how can he be sure you were doing 51 and if you were overtaking another vehicl doing 20, then he knew you had to speed up to pass the truck and get back down to t35.

Here they have the cameras right on the traffic lights. I have been fortunate enough not to get one of those tickets in the mail but they send the ticket, a pic of you in the car, and your license plate number I hear.

Excellent points. Plus I was not in the left lane by myself when I changed lanes. If I was not up n the next man's trunk why he didn't get pulled over?

there's no way you're gonna make a sudden change like al unser heading for the border with the body of a dead hooker in the trunk

Talk to H_O about asking for disclosure etc. if you plan to fight it
