I wouldn't denie that that happened.
Since i have heard it my self many times in Jamaica.
But the people who does tho things have no power.
They usually have very little of anything except their ability to speak to people who are not interested in them.
A pleading for attention i call It.
They have no power and are given the the attention of equal value.
