By BASSETERRE, St. Kitts – NEWS coming out of Kingson, Jamaica has indicated that Siccature Alcock, more popularly known as Jah Cure in the reggae scenes tied the knot on Sunday (August 7) with his Rastafarian empress Kamila McDonald at Tryall Clubs in Hanover in their birth country Jamaica.

<span style="font-weight: bold">The wedding was said to be a small one consisting of only close friends and family of the two. Media reports also indicate that the newly wedded couple is expecting a baby.

It may sound negative,but it is still reality in Jamaica,that is how things set in Jamaica,nothing wrong with someone crossing the class divide in whichever way they can,but it,s obvious to everyone that having money/and or fame is a far quicker way of crossing the divide,even if you are ugly,and an ex convicted rapist. </div></div>


i guess no one gets together in jamaica anymore for reasons other than social mobility...

the woman is not even all that &quot;brown&quot;...regular ting as far as i can see...

too much hatred &amp; bad-mind in the hearts of jamaicans &amp; they need to let it go;

again i reitierate- a conviction is not absolute proof of guilt...especially when there is no DNA evidence;
i'm sure this woman is smart enough to make her own judgements on the man despite jamaica's archaic, misguided philosophies regarding class &amp; color...

for me it's great to see rastafari lineage continue

Reggae crooner Jah Cure wed his beauty pageant girlfriend Kamila Mcdonald in a small wedding ceremony yesterday at the Tryall Clubs, close to where the singer was born.
The intimate ceremony consists of close family and friends of the singer and his wife.

In a recent interview, McDonald who is a former Miss Jamaica contestant and media personality, said Jah Cure is “extremely down to earth, funny, knowledgeable, curious and just loves to cook… he loves me.” Cure, born Siccature Alcock, also release a new song “Only You” dedicated to his beautiful wife.

There's an advertisement for Mackeson running next to the photo. It shows a dark guy making a fool of himself in front of a couple of ladies. Then the 'cool' brown guy approaches. It seems to tie-in with the sentiments on this thread.
