Dis man come a mi office an because mi send im an email seh the software he delivered is not working according to specs.. im come inna mi ears a shout and yell at me.. And told me that mi neva do as the screen seh and expect dat people should could <span style="font-weight: bold">come from a country that can understand English</span> and follow instructions

Granted, I am testing the software so I am suppose to not follow instructions so as to ensure he is enforcing business rules. A dat di man a come tell mi seh mi naah “F-ing” falla instructions.

I called another meeting ..this time with my boss, her boos, and his boss.This time I am holding nothing back. If they dont put this guy in check they are going to have serious problems with me.

I am meeting at 10:00 my time and after the meeting I am taking the day off.
I need a mental break, cause mis is nat tinking, nor seeing straight tideh .

Ok that was quite a meeting.

First to begin, apparently someone who heard his rants had already reported him to the Branch director so at least he was getting what happened from an objective.

I told my side of the story and do you KNOW that my boss had the nerve to say that I must me mindful of his sensitivities with regards to his code?????????????????

WHAT DI FUDGE STICKLES!!! Are you freaking kidding me?? I counted to 3,000 and rebutted her nonsense. The Branch Director sided with my argument and spoke up that that kind of behavior is UNACCEPTABLE regardless of sensitivities.

Shi coulda dyam brite! Yuh know mi si dis ooman in a whole new light as if tidey. Jah si an know. A weh di backside shi a seh to mi?? In di next breat shi a seh shi doan condone im use f foul language. Missis - goh to hell yaah!

Like moas a unu already seh dem kina ting is words for termination and that I brought up as well. I don’t give rats belly if this the government and I am some “contractor”.. mi nat gwine mek nobody talk to me like that and jus goh inna mi corna.

Well mi cyaan type out all what was discussed. But here is the summary of what will be done:

1. Dem waan mi to send the report to my boss instead if him directly and she will be the liaison (BS dat cause dat a evade di issue se him cyaan curtail im tempa an dem a baby im @ss)

2. Him was in charge of a very visible program and from what went down, they figure his ability to lead that group has been tarnished. Only because a lot of people heard how im did a carry on. So dem a consider fi remove him. (frankly im shudden deh ina dat deh position in the fus place )

3. He is to apologize in a meeting with me and everybody on the team. ( a troo dem noh know mi nat even waan si im again)

4. If it happens again, he will be disciplined (noh know what dat mean ..usually in a di govament, dat mean sen im to wan neda department mek dem deal wid im)

5. Mi tell dem mi a go a mi yaad an goh tek a breather and come back refresh. The air kina mowly right now and I don’t want to be here today. Dem beg an a plead an seh mi muss mek sure mi come back. Come in like dem tink mi ago lef an bolt weh. (Dat soun very tempting but mi margage haffi pay)


No man ..dis man is paas renk. Tank unu fi lissen to mi vent. I am sure there will be plenty more to this saga. Mi wi keep unu posted. Mek mi wrap up some tings an goh bout mi business. Mi mit haffi goh bade inna holy wata and maybe goh get baptize again jus soh mi can retain mi religion.

Good morning Yuri ..that's a good question... cause when it comes to doing your job I dont know where sensitivities come in.
