When people come after you in prison like those be-atch-es came after him in the McDonalds you probably learn to defend yourself pretty much as he did.

I believe that this in turn was learned behavior from his time spent &quot;in the system&quot;. The system needs to bear some responsibility. The women who began and elevated the altercation need to assume a major part of the responsibility.

This guy at the very most needs to get some therapy and perhaps get some anger management guidance but certainly not more jail time. More prison time will only make him a more angry person IMHO.

Conservatives need to come out and rally around former McDonald's cashier Rayon McIntosh, after he used in a steel metal rod to defend himself against two angry lesbians who slapped and then jumped the counter to further attack him Thursday night.

According to reports, McIntosh was just doing his job when he sought to verify a $50 bill the two drunken lesbos handed him upon ordering food at the fast-food joint (anyone who knows anything about retail knows that cashiers are required to inspect and verify large bills to protect businesses against counterfeit cash). But that didn't matter to the two lesbos who proceeded to yell and hurl obscenities at McIntosh and then lunge at and slapped the man. Yet, that still wasn't enough for the angry lesbos. as one dyke jumps over the counter while the other walks around the side to confront McIntosh, who reaches out of the frame and grabs a metal rod. Gripping the rod in both hands, McIntosh can then be seen in the video made by a patron, winding up and striking both women repeatedly while they fall to the ground.

One lesbo suffered a fractured skull and a broken arm; the other a deep cut on the head. McIntosh, who was only trying to defend himself the whole time, not only lost his job, but is now being held at the Manhattan Detention Center and faces charges of felony assault and criminal possession of a weapon, according to police. He is being held on $40,000 bail while the two lesbians who instigated the whole thing, face charges of menacing, trespassing and disorderly conduct.

Anyone who knows anything about the urban, gay lifestyle is quite familiar with boyish-dressing, quick-tempered, violent lesbians who refer to themselves as &quot;studs&quot;--these dangerous lesbians prefer feminine women and really think of themselves as being men. This bizarre lifestyle choice has gotten more and more popular as white liberals and their friends in the mainstream media continue to normalize homosexuality to the black community--an immoral, anti-God choice that is creating havoc on morals and values worldwide while steadily dividing families here and aboard.

Bottom line, these angry lesbians got what they deserved, acting like wild animals towards a man (and ex-con, clearly the angry dykes had on idea who they were messing with) who was only trying to do his job. But expect the mainstream media to rally around them regardless, portray the angry lesbians as &quot;victims&quot; and subject McIntosh to cries of being &quot;homophobic&quot; and the like.

Either way, bet these angry lesbian &quot;studs&quot; who like to behave and act like they're men, never disrespect a real man again. Props to Rayon MicIntosh for doing what he had to when a couple of angry lesbians left him with no choice.

A McDonald's cashier who swapped Happy Meals for jail fare after an ugly fast-food fight says he was goaded by a foul-mouthed customer who threatened to cut him up.

Rayon McIntosh, in an exclusive Rikers Island interview with the Daily News, said yesterday that he only smacked the woman and her friend with a metal bar after they jumped the counter and attacked him.

The first patron &quot;started getting really aggressive,&quot; said McIntosh, giving his version of the brawl for the first time.

&quot;She came in angry,&quot; he said. &quot;I tried to keep things calm as best I could.&quot;

The ex-con, who served about a decade on a manslaughter rap, said his Oct. 13 shift at the Greenwich Village eatery was uneventful before his two tormenters arrived.

&quot;I was not looking for trouble,&quot; said McIntosh, 31, wearing a crisp gray jail outfit. &quot;The trouble found me. People are portraying me as a vicious attacker.

&quot;I was just working at my job when I was attacked for no reason. I'm not a heartless person.&quot;

The confrontation began shortly after Denise Darbeau and Rachel Edwards, both 24, came into the W. Third St. franchise and paid their check with a $50 bill.

One of the women became outraged when McIntosh checked to see if the bill was genuine, as required by store policy.

When the second woman jumped the counter to join in, McIntosh said his instinct for self-preservation kicked into high gear.

A video camera caught McIntosh grabbing a metal bar used to clean grills and bashing the women. He was jailed on assault and weapons charges. The women were charged with criminal trespassing, menacing and disorderly conduct.

Darbeau's mother said her daughter's skull was fractured and that she suffers from permanent brain damage and memory loss. She remains in the hospital. Edwards suffered a gash to her arm.

The mother will try to sue McDonalds where the big $$ is. That is the real reason he was fired even though it may get thrown out in court.

I still would like to see McDonalds policy on employee behavior when attacked by customers Do not think McIntosh should have been fired.


As for the thick Jamaican accent. He was in jail for 10 years and all now the accent no slip likkle bit?

My nephew once worked at Tim Horton's (his first job). He use to tell me about how a few customers would abuse the workers if they happened to get the orders wrong.

Swearing, shouting and yes even flinging full cups of coffee, all while throwing a tantrum.

NEW YORK -- A <span style="font-weight: bold">grand jury</span> dismissed all charges Friday against a McDonald's worker accused of beating two irate customers with a metal rod in a fight caught on videotape.

<span style="font-weight: bold">Jailed</span> since the Oct. 13 confrontation, Rayon McIntosh was expected to be released late Friday or early Saturday. Meanwhile, <span style="color: #FF0000">the grand jury will continue to weigh charges against the two customers, Rachel Edwards and Denise Darbeau</span>.

McIntosh maintained he was only defending himself in the fracas at a McDonald's in Greenwich Village. But the women's lawyer said McIntosh used unjustifiable force.

The women, both 24, took offense after a cashier sought to check to make sure that a $50 bill they'd presented was real, a witness testified at a hearing in October. McIntosh, 31, who was working as a cook that night, became involved as he brought some food to the counter.

McIntosh's lawyer, Theodore Herlich, said Darbeau hit McIntosh in the face, and he swiped back at her. Then Darbeau vaulted over the counter, and Edwards walked around it, both threatening to attack McIntosh, his lawyer said.

Another customer's video shows the women going behind the counter, and then McIntosh grabbing a metal rod used to clean grills and hitting the women, even after they were on the floor.

&quot;He didn't know what damage they planned to do to him,&quot; said Herlich, who said the women continued trying to get up. &quot;He was at work. He wasn't looking for trouble.&quot;

But the women's lawyer, Harold Baker, said they were the unarmed victims of a vicious attack by a man with a history of violence.

McIntosh was released from prison in March, having served about 11 years after pleading guilty to manslaughter in suburban White Plains, N.Y.

Darbeau suffered a fractured skull, broken arm and neurological damage, and Edwards' injuries included a serious cut to her face, said their lawyer, Harold Baker.

&quot;The tragedy here is that the only people facing prosecution are two women who were hospitalized after being brutally beaten by a convicted killer,&quot; Baker said.

&quot;I'm not saying that their behavior was entirely inappropriate, but the law does not allow someone to smash you over the head repeatedly with a metal rod for acting inappropriately.&quot;

The two were initially arraigned on misdemeanor trespassing charges, but the grand jury may be asked to consider felony burglary charges against them, Baker said.

McIntosh had faced felony assault and weapons charges. He testified before the grand jury, weeping as he discussed the White Plains case, Herlich said. Darbeau and Baker didn't testify because they weren't offered immunity from prosecution, their lawyer said.

McIntosh wasn't in court to hear the case against him had been dropped; he'd been taken back to jail before the late-afternoon court session. But some of his relatives, sitting in the audience, exclaimed, &quot;Thank you, Jesus!&quot; and &quot;Hallelujah!&quot;
