actually they do NOT count people who have given up finding a job or who are stuck in part-time work but looking for full time...
i'm sure there are many other people they do not count...

</div></div> there is a lot of information in these reports other than just the bottom line number..in order to get any real value form the report you have to look at the details. when you look at the details the number they talk about those who have stopped looking etc.
