CNN was saying she spent the last 4 nights with Ray J. He is Brandy's brother....the one who was involved in the sex tape scandal with Kim Kardhasian. Ray J is just a baby born January 17, 1981. He must have been a teen when he was in the sex tape scandal. Brandy's mom went to such great lengths to ensure that Brandy was wholesome. What in heaven's name happened to the brother?
