where would have been a more appropriate place? She is buried next to her father. Given the attention span of the general public dem will stop visiting after a few months

I honestly don't think the gawkers will go away anytime soon. It doesn't seem like her mom realizes the magnitude of her stardom. People still visit Graceland.....

I understand what you are saying about being next to her father, but unfortunately Whitney was not your everyday average citizen dat yuh can bury at the family plot. IMO There are plenty of more secure facilities, while she may not be with family at least are remains could rest in peace.

That's not the point.. She is DEAD .. surely you can put that jewelry to better use than to bury it 6 feet under. Why in death do people want to still hold on to &quot;riches&quot; that they really have no use fah? Why not bury her wid di mansion she already owned if a soh den. that is one way of looking at it...another way is that just like you might bury a loved one with a favourite book as a symbol to them these worldly good are some of the things she liked and like the favourite purple dress were left with her as a symbol.
