and btw, i dont think ur right, i think it depends on the person, most girls we say to demself like my SIL use to tell me, one of her cousins is coolie, and she say she always use to luvvv to play in her hair,

Did you live in a Coolie Community?
I remember growing up we could not play with Coolies. We could only buy Cahaloo from them. So their was one Coolie Family living up the street and one living down the bottom.

I eventually became friends with the Coolie guy. The Big brother from down the street, but sadly he was killed, due to politics.
When I went to High School they put me to sit beside a Coolie Girl from Spanish Town, by the next 2 days I got a detention because of her.
Yes she lived up to the stereotype Coolie girls lie!

Eventually when I moved to second form a Coolie guy that lived in a Coolie Community in Spanish Town became friends with I. I will always remember him because his family owned all these weird vehicles and he could repair all of them, even the huge Bauxite trucks.
He used to drive almost a different vehicle to school every week.
1959 Cadillac, 70s Toyota Land Cruiser, A huge Truck, etc

I am always fascinated by Jamaican Coolie and how they live in the Coolie Villages.

Not all Coolies live in villages but there are lots of Coolie Communities in Jamaica.

Bay Farm Road, Many in Westmorleand, St. Catherine mainly Spanish Town Town and in Clarendon the place where the Hurricane had destroyed.
