On the contrary.
JPS is profitable for it partners.
It is the GOJ that is unprofitable and Anne knows it.
the Comrade GOJ is playing its usual game. Pretending to care. Wanting to have its cake and eat it.
So it cannot run JPS as a profitable concern, but does not want JPS to operate in a Free Market. Jamaicans cannot afford Electricity period, not the way it used in Jamaica. The State need to push conservation and open the Market for Alternative Energy. </div></div>
Amen my brother. We live in poor people country and act like we live in USA. That is the power struggle in the Carib. The leaders and those in power (who have foreign tastes) want "progress" which means imitating the "developed nations" but we don't have the money, so we take on burdensome loans and shg we self.
