Nothing. Absolutely nothing at all.

Kitchen Aid is, simply put, The Best stand mixer. Period. No exceptions.

<span style="font-weight: bold">I am lucky to own one of the heavy duty commercial Kitchen Aids. </span>
My aunt and uncle gave it to me for my wedding present. This would be the same well-to-do aunt and uncle who gave me Babycakes - my 1980 Oldsmobile Cutlass Brougham special edition sedan - back in 1980, as a gift, when I passed my driver's test and got my license. I still own and drive Babycakes, coming up on 33 years later. Each of us kids (my kid sister, and both of their two boys, my cousins) got a brand new car when we got our driver's license, from this aunt and uncle. (my father's brother and his wife)
Note: None of the rest of us (sis, nor my two cousins) still has their first cars any more; only I kept mine. Then again, only I - the eldest - got an Oldsmobile. Cousin J, sis, and Cousin A, all only got Buicks.

Which is why I said to keep the original receipt in your pocketbook... they'll take you for every penny they can, but at least don't let 'em take more than their fair share! The model you bought is one of the lower end models; don't let them 'mistake' it for one of the higher-end models! </div></div>

But that misses the point.. <span style="color: #FF0000">I think it is a very nice present for a kind aunt</span>...but am of the opnion that that is easier to locate a local equivalent in Jamaica.... there are a number of reasonns why..

I'm not a baker but I remember years ago when i was looking to buy an item in Jamaica....price sky high,,selection limited and what there was to choose from was poor quality....is not like Yuri a set up business to import mixer...a one item once in a blue moon she a carry down.
