Years ago – YEARSSSSSS ago – I brought a little television from my mom from Cirquit City for her birhtday.

Tiny little thing – for the top of a kitchen counter kinda story – barely cost $80. I carried it on my lap.<span style="font-weight: bold">

When I got to customs, they wanted to charge me an arm and a leg and an eye and a nose.

They were all about &quot;show us the receipt show us the receipt&quot;. Saying they were going to charge me out the whazoo because they know it must have cost $400 or there abouts.

I wont even get into the end of that story but suffice it to say, I learned a lesson.

I always carry my receipts if I buy something and am taking it home and if it's expensive, I photoshop one.

It's fair to charge people for incoming but dang – it's not like I'm taking in a hundred cell phones to sell or runnin' game or scam or something.

And if you're going to charge me, dang, don't be all outrageous about it …
