was hoping dawta would be able to compete in equestrian for jamdung, but it neva come to pass. not too late, tho. she getting all inspired again watching the olympics. she not into dressage, tho, wants to do show jumping.

thanks, ms exced, she need fans and she need sponsors to help pay for access to riding instruction and competition on a consistent basis. we're trying to come up with a plan.

She is based in the UK so Jamaica didn't have to incur travel expenses.

My son lost interest in riding and showjumping when he was 13 so he won't be representing Jamaica either.....maybe for hockey.

tropicana - i gave it a shot a few years ago, but it was thru smaddy who know smaddy who know him, and i dont think my letter got to him.

thing to do is to get dawta back onto the horse and into a few competitions, take some vid and start utube channel for her, then take it from there. i guess.

Yes and keep working those connections. I also think he should sponsor a Jamaican ice hockey team for the Olympics. Do try outs with the children of Jamaicans living all over the US and Canada....but reserve a spot for my son since it was my idea.

Mgee. one of likklegen friend volunteer at a local stable and in return she gets to practice.

what about working as camp counselor at a riding camp ?

also down these parts they have some free programs, what about up by you ?

just throwing out some ideas in the meantime while everybody figure out how to pay for it and this way you can also get footage for utube
