His money is in offshore tax havens like Switzerland, Bermuda and the Cayman Islands; Bain Capital outsourced american jobs overseas, most americans dont have any income to shelter offshore. How much does he care about the US? His father released 12 years of tax returns - why doesn't he? What is he hiding?

Kia this was what I thought as well.. Until he got Palin on his ticket I thought he would have been a better President than Barry O'bama....

I think he has accomplished some things , he has watered down the fires that was Iraq and Afghanistan...Combat troops are out of Iraq... The rate of Yanki attrition has fallen. but that process was started by Bush who made changes to policy later in his terms... (Zakaria the Fogien Poly Guru commented during Bush era that alot of people dont give Bush credit for the change in focus in the latter part of his terms ) The bankers crisis was not his fault nor was it bushes jn fact to sustain the sysetm there was no other options except to let the banks fail.

It did not help him that during this term there was the farsical thing of not raising the debt ceiling to roll over the servicing of the US bond.

He did kill Ben Ladin...unless u believe the conspiracy theories....

Wolf I assume that u are a republican, can u explain to a non yanki if there is any difference between the Republican party and the Tea Party...I mean the only moment when I could see a reasonable Republican was when MCain stopped that woman from insulting Obama.. Republican come across as bigoted, selfish. this is against the party of Lincoln. And I know Barbara Bush held the tea party in equal contempt...

But I watch alot of US television programs and it I draw attention to the lead in the program &quot;The Newsroom&quot; where the anchor is a Republican but he hates the Tea Party and the trivialisation of the politics. He wanted to come with a debate format that would press the primary candidates on issues and force them to answer in depth.. And the film &quot; Game Change&quot; where there was a smart funny Republican campaign manager played by Woody Halrleson. The real life character Steve Schmidt was on CNN and he was a guy I could drink a beer with. A bit like PJ O'Rouke...

Mango, I don't like him either. I agree. He's from Taxachusetts. Nothing good has ever come from that state. But, Obama is not getting the job done. Why give him four more years? I'd vote for Mickey Mouse over both of these clowns...what choices do we have?

Obama is also rich. Maybe not as rich as Romney, but he certainly has more in common with Romney than he has with us.

All these politicians are part of the ruling elite and are not affected by the economy in the way that we are.

Obama got out of debt (paying law school bills and such) when he wrote his book Stories of My Father.. Other than that he was struggling like us, paying a mortgage, paying student loans, paying taxes

I think it is one of the best films I watched this year...And the way that line was delivered without venom was a compliment to Peter Macnicol.. I swear like that in similar moments when I comprhensively lose a technical agument. It was like a compliment rather than a swear......

Wahalla, I was a Republican, now I'm not. I'm an independent and base my political beliefs on a society that strictly uses the Constitution as its guide. I suscribe to more of a Jeffersonian Philosophy of that a government is a necessary evil, and that a government which governs best governs least.

Tea Party? I like many of their ideas, but I think they have lost their way.(endorsement of and from Palin?) I'm attracted to them for one reason and one reason only at this time, and that is both Republicans and Democrats find them a threat to their power (status quo)).

The tea party is finding a lot of support from middle class americans who feel that neither the Republicans (big business) nor the Democrats (poor) represent their interest. Middle class Americans get the bill for both parties failed policies.The <span style="font-weight: bold">Tea Party supports reduced spending by the government, and against increased government spending</span> that ultimately the middle class have to pay for and don't receive any benefit...that's best explanation of the difference between Republican and Tea Party...and as of now they are the only elected officials that are keeping thier promise to voters.

Obama Assets Valued Between $2.6M And $8.3M? Is he struggling now? If anything it shows me that maybe Romney was just more sucessful? As I said before, I don't support either one, but merely putting things into perspective.
