I actually think Honey Boo Boo Child and her family reality is a good fit for The Learning Channel. It does give us an eye into how folks in less than ideal situations organize their lives.
I don't watch TV as a rule. On the rare occasions when I have to hack my computer to get TV I don't especially watch Reality TV. In fact I can't since it mostly on cable and I can only get Free To Air with the hack.

That said I would not have a problem with so-called reality TV. Since all TV is acting which pretends to present real life situations. Why not have the so-called real life folks do it.
If anything it might allow us to avoid certain parts of the country/world.

As for Honey Boo Boo Child.
I had to search for it and since I have found it. I have spent four days watching clips and trying to delve into the psyche of the little girl and her family.

I think this family would be a family most likely to vote for Barack (at least the mom and the Little Honey Boo Boo).
I hope the POTUS do not go up against Honey Boo Boo Child on Wednesday Night as he will suffer the same ratings fate as the RNC.

honey boo boo has won over some die hard liberals who usually bemoan the exploitation of poor and working class folks on reality tv. apparently the family has a lot of fun, despite not looking like the usual svelte tv folk and having had run ins with the law. one of the dawtas recently birthed a baby that had two thumbs on one hand.

i wouldnt have thought theyd be obama voters, just because they are southern whites.

They seems to have some kind of Gay uncle which Honey Boo Boo Child adores. She is reported to have said he's got grapes in his tank.

She had a pig, which was male, yet she decided it would be a girl and enter pageants.
She remonstrated one of her sister (when she pointed out that the pig was a male), by reminding her that you can't tell a pig what to be.

It shows some divergent thinking which seems to have been handed down by the mom, who told Honey Boo Boo Child that beauty comes in all forms and hers was cutetest.

So I think Honey Boo Boo Child and at least the mom is an Obama supporter.

never actually watched the show, blackstar, just read about it a lot on jezebel. i'm not a reality show fan, i only watch one - project runway.

tg, it would be amazing if in fact the family were that tolerant. it would be even better (in a way), if they were republican and held such views.

Yes, but the Republican Party is very quick to excommunicate such supporters immediately as they are detected.

Yes and Afghanistan....nothing demonstrates Clink's dishonesty (senility), than the did on Afghanistan. First off it was not Barack that entered that war. Secondly as long as Bin Laden was out there, no USA President could get out of Afghanistan.
But the worse argument against any GOP supporter bringing up Afghanistan is this.

Many folks did tell them to consult the Soviets. But it was the USA that helped defeat the Soviets in Afghanistan by arming the Taliban. Not only that could any USA President go to war cooperate with a State (Russia/USSR) that the USA has been perpetually at war with? </div></div>

It's interesting about them, somehow I can't see them voting Dem. would be interesting to know which way they go though

No I did see one clip of a Repo show once.....it was crazy.
There was this girl and her family who were Repo folks.......She was kinda on the heavy side as well!

Seems he is senile or did not bother to do any homework.
He went completely off script.
Mittens will govern exactly like Barack in his first term, there is no way that he can meet the demands of the lunatic fringes of his Party.
The problem is that he will have a cheering section of House and Senate and like GWB might be goaded into going off on some wild excursions on Iran, Palestine, Taxes and Welfare, while doing nothing on Immigration, Student Loans and Afghanistan.
