One the guy who was a fan accepted the invitation to be on stage (by whatever means), he becomes a performer. In fact in the USA he could sue for wages. Ask any labour specialist. Nevertheless I accept that he did assault her. The question is, was it scripted?

No a performer is someone who is PAID to perform. A fan who buys a ticket to attend a concert is in no way shape or form a performer even if he is pulled up on stage. He is still a fan and a member of the audience. Same story with the underage girl from the audience who Akon or whatever his name is pulled up on stage and dry humped. She was a member of the audience and a fan...not a performer.

Once you are called/entice/dragged to the stage (and you do not resist), you are part of the performance, even if just a prop.....Like I said ask any Labour Lawyer. Obviously most folks would not sue if all they get is taste of flesh, but let he/she gets hurt and see what happens.

Lots of shows have audience participation....improv shows, hypnotists, interactive dinner theatre, etc. Absolutely no way does going up on stage make you a member of the cast or performer or entitle you to wages.
