Lawd ooman how u always a make ppl a bawl dung the place so As hard as it is I think you should feel proud of the woman BabygirlA turning into because she is showing a level of maturity way beyond her years and you can only respect the decisions she has made because at the end of the day the young woman has to look out for herself/future and you have proven to her that you have no intention of sucking her dry. On another note mi hope like how is never you throw the first punch you beat the living daylight out of the mother in self defense.

yes. in between one of the hearings. the attorney for babygirlA had nuff affidavits from the credit card people, utility (which i knew about the phone cah that was big as day on the caller id), store cards, etc. all hand writing expert di lawyer get.

this particular day, the judge asked to see one ah di affidavits and one ah di accounts was opened when babygirlA was in elementary school and she wouldnt have been of legal age to establish credit. the judge asked di ooman if she wanted to continue to &quot;go down this slippery path&quot; kinda giving har a chance fi stop lying. So di eediat ooman still a go defy di judge (who was really trying to help har) ahn ago fresh wid im bout &quot;I told you the truth, why are you asking me the same stuff like I dont know what I am saying?&quot; di judge laughed and then called recess ahn asked that di ooman (who was representing harself, as &quot;I've nothing to hide&quot; ) to take a minute to think about the opportunity he was giving her. It wasnt a long break at all. I was in the hallway on my cellie (checking voicemail) when she walked up to me and was standing right.inna.mi.face. ahn wouldnt move.

So mi hang up ahn ask har if she needed something why she standing up in mi face ahn then so close at that. she just started yelling bout when mi was gonna cut the craps. was i happy that i was finally getting what i wanted? life was sweet wasnt it? is me put babygirlA up to this, as babygirlA wasnt capable of thinking of bringing her to court? then di ooman got even closer. oonu know mi could feel har breath pon me anyway mi tell har fi move weh from mi cah mi wasnt bout to entertain har nonsense. mi neva even realize that we were causing a commotion, but when she wouldnt move. i made the decision to move by har. is when mi step pass har mi feel she grab mi arm ahn mi start fall over. so mi ketch mi balance on har (ahn di wall, but mainly her). di next ting mi know di side ah mi face start sting mi.

i do memba grabbing my face ahn looking at har in utter disbelief. then mi drop mi handbag ahn cellie fi charge har, but one ah di policeman grab mi before mi could reach har.

when mi seh mi did out fi rub har out daht day right there inna di courthouse

Tickla everyting happen so fast ahn it was a damn mess put pon top ah daht. Like me said mi neva even know seh wi was causing commotion till mi was sitting in one room fava empty office ahn babygirlA lawyer started asking me what happen. but im wasnt asking me like smaddy that juss want suss. at first i thought i was under arrest. then the police that grabbed me asked me if i wanted &quot;to wait to give statement.&quot; by that time i was beside myself.

I guess smaddy inform the judge what went down in the hall, cah when we finally went back in the courtroom...him was very clear that things had to end for the day, so that possible criminal matters could occur. the judge basically said im would contact babygirlA attorney about the next date ahn got up to leave. when di judge exit di court room mi hear di ooman call di policeman that was inside of di courtroom ahn asking bout who she must see about pressing charges AGAINST ME for assault. Can you imagine?

Mi mek sure mi let har know that if she was gonna press charges...mi would mortgage mi house fi get money fi press charges gense she.

anyhew...she pressed charges saying me assaulted her when i was walking by her. when all she was trying to do was have a civil conversation with me. so she was defending herself.

anyhew...i got a lawyer (friend of mine from college) ahn she got my statement. babygirlA's background statement (and her lawyers)...the court police that grabbed me gave a statement basically saying he heard the commotion ahn came running, but all he saw was me charging her. he didnt witness anything prior to that

but the lovely things about courthouses in america...them all have video ahn di one mi lawyer friend had gotten copies of clearly showed her approaching me. me actually backing up from her (cah she really was THAT close) and then me going by her ahn losing my balance. Then her sucker punching me.

she never wanted to pursue it after that discovery

lawd what a drama. i think mi right that this ooman juss foofool. she just bex seh har pickney a reject har and of course is cawse u put har up to it so u must be a bad person and she (di mumma) is a innocent bystander.

a hope she get di full sentence - except di odda pickney dem may suffer.

Lawd, mi prolly in the minority, but mi feel fi de madda. Har whole world a come dung roun har ears, an pon top a dat, she prolly feel like har dawta a abandon har an dat ILP a tek har place.

Yes yes, mi knoa say a no so it go, an she mek har bed an de res... but I can't help feeling sorry fi har...

She only know one way of handling things (as is evidenced by her refusal or inability to accept the judges 'subtle' offer, and by the hallway commotion) and she's prolly past the point of being rehabilitated... but I still feel for her... I guess I feel for her cause she probably thinks her only child is turning her back on her... and that's just something I would dread happening to me...

I feel fi the madda with the part that her dawta want to change her name ...she must feel rejected.

Yes i know she hasn't been the best mother, but i still think that she must love her dawta ..and she never think thru all the bandoolo tings weh she did a do and how them was gwine to come back and hurt her child.

I doan have no sympathy for her with the attempted courthouse beatdown though
