1/2 whole wheat bagel
mint tea
Snack
trail mix - rasin, peanut, cranberry
water
Lunch
cup brown rice
collards greens w/turkey bacon( mommy garden)
water
Dinner
left over oxtail
bake potatoe
string beans
water

oatmeal is great to leave in your desk drawers. and dont waste ur money buying the small pre packaged instant oatmeal eidda. regular oatmeal tek the same two minutes in the microwave.
