Some people will just keeping everything on the &quot;big&quot; plate even way after dem full.

Plus member seh some families taught their kids (who are now adults) to finish what on dem plate ? Suh it stayed with them as adults.

Plus today everybody busy and done dem dinner in 5 mins. It's been reported that when you take your time and eat, you eat less than if yuh just scarf it dung like a dingo

it easy as heck man...

the bun have calorie info on it? maybe u can just do a quick add and add the calories if u doan find it.

plus since i eat the same things over and over (a just suh me stay) it save under mi favourites suh me can just go and click it and it add to food diary in 2 seconds

I've been nyaming dung the place today. I don't know what it is about Sunday's that brings the hunger crave out, especially for sweets, chocolaty treats.

AM: 1 Hr India Bhangra dance exercise program. Delightful, fun and invigorating. Great alternative.

Breakfast:
Omelette
Two slice of toast
1/4 cup of yogurt

Lunch:
Slice of toasted cheese sandwich
1 Apple

Dinner:
Baked chicken breast
Steamed vegetable (brocolli, cauliflower carrots)
2 slices fried breadfruit

After dinner delight:
mi gorge down on 2 half cups of ice cream. Mi belly still a bust!

This tracking thing makes me realise I am probably not eating enough each day.

plantain porridge
egg
1/2 cup skim milk
mint tea

snack
piece of muffin (less than 1/4)
5 strawberries
1 kiwi
1/2 banana

lunch
1 cup brown rice
leftover chicken leg with peppers
water

snack
yogurt tube
apple

dinner
cup of white rice
baked chicken breast
zucchini cooked
salad with lettuce, tomato, red/green/yellow/orange peppers, radishes, cucumber
1/2 cup ice cream

I'm hungry now

I am sure I blew all my progress this week with the two mojitos I had and it did not help that we went to dinner here -- I ended up eating the calamari salad special for the night It was good

and yes the cruzan mojitos were good


Mi did seh mi would add on exercise starting tomorrow so it come in like it is necessary
