And now mi gwine eat some Geneva cookies to finish off the celebration, oh wait creme brûlée ice cream will seal the celebration tonight

I was nyaming dung the place yesterday and today (Sunday).

Saturday
AM: Ran 120 mins (7 3/4 mls) + 40 mins yoga
PM: Nothing

Breakfast:
1 Orange
Cup coffee
Omelette

Lunch:
Strawberries, plums

Dinner:
2 medium bowl chicken vegetable soup.
(I was bursting...couldn't budge)

Sunday:
AM: Ran 145 mins + 20 mins Tai-chi

Breakfast:
Strawberries
Coffee
2 slices of toast
1/2 orange
1 glass orange juice

Lunch & Dinner:
I've been gorging on chicken vegetable soup all day.

Treated myself to a container of custard ice cream.

well i survived the night.

will pick it back up with her on thursday <span style="text-decoration: line-through">or friday</span>...as could only do 1/2 the dvd (35 min) yesterday

there's no way i will look like that either. She does a lot more training and with heavier weights than 10 pound dumbells.

So is this healthy eating for weight loss? or is it just healthy eating in general?

Because even though I am relatively slim I know my eating choices are not always good for me and there are things I would like to change...

conversely i know people who may be considered overweight but they eat well and are healthy as horses so one doesn't necessarily equate to the other.

I'm doing it for weightloss

after i drop these pounds is back to the plantain tarts i go

some like Sandi doing it to eat better.

usually healthy eating = weight loss for most people, i think. unless them portions way off.

Oh ok - well since mi just drop bout 5 pounds during my 3 week love affair with bronchitis I am definitely avoiding this thread then... I need to pump up back my big bathy.

but on the other hand..u can eat healthy and just want to maintain i'm sure.....ILP would probably be an example of that....or just eat lots of healthy ice cream to gain weight

Jazz i'm doing it to get better at eating healthy and making good choices initially I hope to lose some pounds but long term goal is to maintain a healthy weight. This thread helps me when i overeat the yumminess like yesterday so i get up and work out .
