Yes work out back on schedule ... go 2 days in a row to the gym and that does not include my spin class... I am even brave enough I am going to sign up for a 2 day/week class for August ... so i'll be in the gym 5 days a week (weekend mi no deh pon the exercise thing too busy chasing after children)

it has stabilized but I don't know if it is the meds or the weight loss or both...i have started to scale back on the meds so we will see how it goesComment

Is both Skelly....but wieght loss is the more contibuting factor.
Mi Dacta tek mi off mi Meds last visit Shi seh shi proud a mi cause shi neva know mi woulda get off a it soh faas. She obviously doan know seh mi wan determine smaddy

Not anymore ... But HBP runs in my family..My brother just got diagnosed and im inna im 30s with no other health issues.
Wi get it fram Mommy.
Mine def triggered by stress and that is what mi haffi work hard fi manage

Usually the symptoms can be easily diagnosed.
Hope he/she is at least trying to control it. I was near stroke level and neva know it. That ain't cute at all

Zumba..Mi Mumma..
First an foremost before I stowt this Zumba report, I want to give thanks to God for sparing my life to see aneda day. Halliluuuuuu!
MI SEH! Mi dropped in a Zumba class yesterday. Mi figga let mi fore go the CD for now and goh try it out live. Fus to begin ..let’s just dispell a myth right now… . <span style="font-weight: bold">BLACK WOMEN DO WORK OUT!! </span> There had to be about 150 tops BLACK women, young and old, in that gymnasium. Mi was wondering how wi going to get space ..but we managed well.
Anyway, 7 PM sharp 4 instructors goh pan tap a di stage and start pump up di crowd.. Den dem dim di lights and tun aan di Disco cola lights and the club scene was set. We do di warm up dance and I was like.. Dis is pieca cake man. Is what Twiney did a bawl ova soh.
Den Chris Brown sang come aan ..on it was ON like Donkey Kong! Mi mumma…
Dem neva tap til 8:15 fram deh soh. Dem fling in Merenghe (sp) , Hip Hop, Reggaeton and den dem ketch wan part weh wi haffi do Bollywood (di Indian belly dance and kick) Mi seh di mount a time wi haffi spin an kick mi nearly kick dung di woman side a mi. Den wan Rastaman come front an center and it was time fi CALYPSO! Lawd a mercy di place tun inna bacchanal to fawt. We were told to grab our towels and we jus a wave an an jump ad a wine goh dung an stuck!
Den dat dung an mi tink seh di people dem ready fi ease up. Nat a backside! Den put aan Beyonce “ Girls run the world” and mi SEH! Right now mi tink mi can goh be a back up dancer fi Beyonce cause mi get some schooling pan some Beyonce wine deh weh noh tap yah soh.
Den dem put an “At Last” by Etta James. … a soh mi get fi know seh dem done murda wi.
Mi goh mek mistake an come wid wan lickle backle wid wata.. Next time mi goh mi havi goh carry wan rahtid JUG wid mi. When mi get inna mi cyar di whole a di leada seat soaking wet fram mi.
Mi hair still pan di line outta door a dry out
