Well, back to zumba today at 7:00. Mi tink mi prepared a lickle betta fi it dis time.

Mi will be carrying:

1. 84 gallon backle wid wata
2. Wan Beach towel fi all dat sweating
3. Oxygen tank
4. Epsom Salt incase mi paas out
5. Change of baggy

Ms Eced ..afta mi batta batta an pick up di laaas routine.. why di hell di people dem come wid wan whole new wan yestiday?! Well mi neva do tree bad but dem caught mi off guard wid di new step ..and it was more Bollywood dan anyting else


At 8'acklack I was sooo done! Dem people wok wi hard man! An when dem chat bout cool dung .. I doan know if dem really know wah dat mean ..cause mi noh know how wi can cool dung to Calypso music wid all di wining an jump an kick. Mi backle a wata done pan mi even dowe mi bring wan bigga backle \o/

Mi going back but it come in like dem change up di miggle part a di routine from time to time..so mi haffi pan mi toes next time mi goh.

All in all mi feel like mi loose lickle weight pan mi finga cause mi ring a drap afff mi dis marning

Healthy living - b-12

I went to the doctor to chat bout allergy testing...and as a btw i asked her about the b-12 shot.

she was enthusiastic (but she a sell it so who the heck knows). Anyway I got one. I got it in my arm Twiney, and it not hurting at all.

but maybe i got a placebo

I'll tell u if i feel any difference in a day or two.
