bought a tv cause im neva want to bother to disconnect the one I was planning to use
plus him move round the furniture in the cove to show where the tv will go
now if I can get the tv installed b4 feb

Grand 2012 plans look Iffy
I dont think anybody in them right mind will allow me in their workout involving weights etc wearing a splint .. which I have been doing since last week ... Not even the prescription strength drugs were helping so I will have to go to the doc before I take on anything.Comment

i can't think of any class that u can do with the splint , maybe just treadmill....bicycle?

. mi a attack it from two angles
1.
food - di black cake done so mi almost safe. but mi need fi up mi veggie intake. also gwine do a modified atkins - veggie and protein and good carbs
2.
movement - mi brush awf jillian tonight and do 2/3 of level 1 workout. i could do di whole ting but mi nuh waan bun out before di new year
memba mi did dweet last year too?

Love that video CB
Since early December, I walk to work (new job) three times a week as long as it is not pouring down rain. It is a brisk 45-minute walk and it allows me time to meditate
My goal for 2012 is to be consistent about adding my 3-mile run (trot, really) 2-3 times a week. I also want to do some simple strength training and good stretches. My friends are encouraging me to join them at a nearby gym where there are really great trainers. I don't mind the trainers - may work with one for a few weeks this year - but I am not a fan of gyms.Comment

I did some more research, they don't seem to have training clinics, or at least none near me. Looks like they just get together and run.
