I came down with a respiratory infection over the past weeks and still not fully recovered. Resumed marathon training but my lungs are still hurting at the end of a long run. i have a trail half marathon end of this month and trying to get my body back up to par as I resolve to get stronger.
This year, I want to be injury free.

...a lot of people probably signing up now.
. i was thinking that them would be more desperate for new sign up during the months where the demand fall off ....but i guess not.
then you did it again for baseline time. No breaks in between. I did this in 7min:32sec
mi looking ideas...
