Our training program is realistic and attainable and has enabled hundreds of members to reach their goals.
The program first assures you have the appropriate training base, then adds distance to provide the endurance you need to finish your race, interval training to improve your speed and moderately fast shorter runs known as tempo runs to improve your fitness
Training with your own group of similarly paced members
Our members are grouped by their pace, from beginning walkers to our fastest runners.
These groups assure that you have people of similar ability and pace to train with year round
They will be like family—all different, but all fun and all focused on helping one another reach their goals
These groups are designated by color (Purple-walkers and runners @ 13 minute miles or less, Yellow–13:00-11:30 minute miles, Orange–11:30-10:00 minute miles, Blue–10:00-8:30 minute miles, Red–8:30 minute mile or faster)
Experienced coaches to support you in attaining your goals

Our coaches have one primary goal—to help you reach your goal safely, all while having fun
Our coaches have "been there" and "done that"—they have collectively run hundreds of races, hit dozens of walls (and pushed past them), and worked with other members just like you
Our coaches are there whenever you need an answer to questions, advice, or just a little encouragement

You're a never ending source of useful information - a veritable research queen.
a 15 year old and an 80 year can do the same workout. the workout is completely modifiable. the workout is different every single time and is done in 1 hour or less. period. when you finish depends on how fast you can complete the workout properly and safely. but again, you only get 1 hour. it incorporates weights, boxing, your own body weight, cardio, flexibility, gymnastics. no class has more than 5 students to each teacher/trainer...so they are there to check form, modify, etc. i like that they do each of the exercises with you, so they just arent there counting and holding a clip board.

me find out the name of the new gym and find them class schedule. Scheduled to try them body pump class, this week and then the ginnal man manager want to talk to me after
