this price is excellent actually. you wont find unlimited access to a gym anywhere for that kind of price. what amenities do they have at this location?
just remember they are praying you sign the contract for the above.....and then not use it.

them have what i looking for in terms of classes. Body pump etc.

u seh prices are good...but i doan like that betty a try rush me into signing ...me is a woman that like to over think things ....and i hate giving people access to my credit card/ bank account, but i know that's how it go with these gyms

trust betty will call you back....she doesnt want her boss to nyam her commission from making you the sale.

you nu sound (not that i can really tell or anything) like smaddy will be in the facility lots of times. Remember they bank on folks like you. Check out the other gym that is close by you. Find out them prices. Then when Betty calls you back...you have it as a bargaining tool. The price she quoted you today will be good until YOU sign the contract.....it'll be good past today.

try ask ask what if u pay up front for a year and get an additional discount. dis way one check write (and dem noh have access to u cc info)

1/2 for Madame First Lady

Ellen had a full dip (otherwise known as a complete) pushup
Madame First Lady used a half bend (otherwise known as a half dip) pushup

BOTH still get the job done, but Madame's focus a bit more on the front of her shoulders, while Ellen's hits more muscles at the same time.
Most folks can &quot;do more&quot; half bends, as they are not using all of the muscles required like the full...which is why it look like Madame First Lady outlasted Ellen.

improvement over last week cause me not as tired.(i think..)

Target race is a 10 k in April

what kinda accoutrements u experienced runners use to carry u corraches? (corraches = phone, keys, water etc)

For my junk (keys, phone, chapstick, fuel, for long runs, etc) i use This is light and holds A LOT of junk

I am not a fan of waterbottles around my waste...not sure why...but I will haul water on my back. I use the smallest one. Mine is red.

Way to go CeaBee! Very very good and keep it up!

The only accouterment I run with is a camel back and it's only for extremely hot weather and going the long distance. So as a head's up as you start going longer and longer distances in the summer, you may find this handy.
