...and there's nothing wrong with doing chores around the house based on preferences. In this day and age especially when both people work outside of the house, IMO, both should pitch in where necessary to get the chores done.

When I bought my first car I made friends with a couple of mechanics, they took the time to show me different things about oil, brake fluid, power steering fluids ect.

She did graduate to making boxed macaroni and grilled cheese sandwiches. One time I went to visit and the dad had gone away for a business. She was making a grilled cheese sandwich and had burned on side. [img]/forums/images/graemlins/70456-eyebrows.gif[/img] I told her to throw it in the trash no way should they be forced to eat it, She just put the burnt part down and said "Ah they'll never know." [img]/forums/images/graemlins/shocked.gif[/img]

I almost had an attack when I visited another time and she was making cookies for her daughters class. [img]/forums/images/graemlins/shocked.gif[/img] They were pretty good. [img]/forums/images/graemlins/704555_dwl.gif[/img]

Men take care of the heavy duty stuff such as mowing the lawn...with a regular lawn-mower...not the mobile ones.

Women do that which calls for more finesse such as a well-prepared, attractive meal or a well-kept living room et al.

cooking...both of us.
maintaining cars....me
