since I am the person who introduced the subject of the querry I would think it only courteous to adress the questions to me....but what I seem to see is all posters direct their questions to everybody except me.
Believe it or not,according to my sociology text and experience,this conveys a feeling of distrust of the source (the act of trying to get confirmation from a third party instead of the source)....and according to text,I rightly leave the person to his third party. I have heard so much about high protein low carbs.
Please tell me your views in reguards to Dr. Atkins protein diet. Could this really be a good way to loose weight. Thanks

this is a very interesting post. My take is that if I exercise regula I will keep the weight off - then I can eat what I want caws mi lub food [img]/forums/images/graemlins/laugh.gif[/img] - which does work to an extent. I will try eating smaller amounts on a more regula basis doah [img]/forums/images/graemlins/laugh.gif[/img]
