Re: The mysterious "us" of Genesis 1:26 and 11:7
Greetings SweetRose,
I do not believe the creation of man was as simple as outlined in the KJV and taught by Christianity. Being of Syncretic nature, my beliefs (soul) will not allow me to believe in one story as absolute. Though I have an unconcious affinity for the Sumerians and other not so popular civilizations, with perpetual research, I am quite sure to find error(s) in their stories. None the less, it will not dispel my belief that all stories and doctrines of all religions are nothing more than fragments of a great puzzle. You believe what you believe and rest well at night, I believe what I believe and rest just the same. Are you crazy? Am I crazy? Are you right? Am I right? Or do we both just rest well at night with a different piece of the puzzle as our pillow?

[qb] Kimoni, do you really prefer to believe that you exist because of aliens, not a loving nurturing God? I have never heard anything like your story before. I had the feeling that I was reading some sort of sci-fi book with beings I could not relate to. I prefer to stay in my ignorance in believing in a God who loves his human creation so much that he offered up is one and only son as a sacrifice to save them from a life of everlasting pain and suffering.
