When I was a lot younger I used to go on diet every week. I tried Scarsdale, soup, grapefruit. I would lose weight and put it back on plus more so I cut that out. Sensible diet and exercise is the way to do it.

There is a story about Compry...we're all away for the weekend, I chose to share the bestest room with Compry cause I know she enjoys the fireplace.
Let me tell you from now...I should have fallen asleep before Compry. The whole place was vibrating. The windows were rattling. And innocent little me, thought it was the trees outside on the windows...nope Compry.
Another time...again sharing a room, 2 others were sharing her bed...well didn't one of them get vibrated right off the bed in the middle of the night!

You know this is what I needed. I just got back in from picking up my son. My car skidding all over Orenda Road. I had to shovel the driveway again, thank God it's the powdery stuff.
